Each of the Following Documents are Needed for Registration:  (These can be brought to the school or emailed to the Registrar at kathleen.messer@obcityschools.org)

• Two Proofs of Residency for Orange Beach Address - Acceptable documents are:
  1. Residential Mortgage Contract
  2. Current Lease or Rental Agreement for Housing
  3. Proof of Payment of Residential Property Tax (Homestead)
  4. Vehicle Registration bearing Applicant's Name and Address
  5. Utility bill reflecting the most recent month's bill (water, gas, or electric, and combination counts as one proof, not two)
• Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
• Immunizations for Student
• Any Divorce/Custody Documents, if applicable
• Previous School Withdrawal Paperwork
• Parent/Guardian Photo Identification (This must be brought to the school.)
• Copy of Transcript or Last Report Card - We must have this before scheduling the student for classes. 

Once your paperwork is received, Mrs. Messer will share the Parent/Student Handbook, Truancy Information and Procedures, and Orange Beach Code of Conduct with you.

ALL documents and information are required before enrollment.

ORANGE BEACH CITY SCHOOLS PROCEDURES FOR New STUDENT NON-RESIDENT TRANSFER REQUEST

• Orange Beach City Schools serves students residing within the City Limits of Orange Beach, AL.
• However, new non-resident students who wish to attend Orange Beach City Schools can be considered for enrollment by completing the non-resident Student Transfer Application.
• Non-Resident students applying for enrollment in Orange Beach City Schools will be subject to tuition and application fee based on the Orange Beach City Schools Non-Resident Student Policy.
• At this time, tuition is $1500 per year, and the application fee is $100 per year.
• If the transfer is approved, tuition and fee must be paid in full prior to enrollment.
• Unfortunately, Orange Beach City Schools will not be able to provide transportation for non-resident students.
• Non-resident student transfer questions may be referred to the Director of Student Services, Mr. Joe Blevins.

  • Underclassmen should complete the Google Form linked below to request a copy of their transcript.
  • Orange Beach High School Underclassmen Transcript Request
• Seniors
  • All transcript requests must be submitted through the Naviance link below:
  • Naviance – Student
• Graduates (Class of 2023 and Beyond)
  • Graduates from the Class of 2023 and beyond may request official transcripts using the Parchment link provided below.
  • Parchment – Learner Account

Students must have this form prior to taking the driving permit test and the drivers license exam.
